I don’t think I’ve ever started a wedding blog post this way…. But wow wow wow…. what an absolute banger of a wedding Jelena and Tyler had!
We always say to our couples that at the end of the day, if you end up married, everything was perfect. But you know what? It really puts a cherry on top of the whole thing to *also* have a beautiful day, at a beautiful venue, surrounded by a fantastic group of super-supportive people… where you get to do things your way. To have a day that truly reflects who you are as a couple. Jelena and Tyler got exactly that on their wedding day.
And while the reception was definitely a highlight for me (good food, good drinks, and LOTS of dancing), some of my favorite parts of Jelena and Tyler’s day were the quiet moments. A teary first look. An incredibly meaningful ceremony. Jelena + Tyler chose to include so many awesome traditions from Jelena’s home country (Bosnia) in their day, and it made the whole day *that much more* beautiful and meaningful… and it was such an honor to witness.
Jelena + Tyler, thank you for inviting us to party with you. It was such a privilege and we (and all of your guests!) had such a blast!
