Where to begin with Darcie and Jacob. These two planned their wedding in just a few short months, and managed to do it with grace, poise, and a strong focus on what mattered the most: celebrating their marriage with their loved ones.
You truly would be hard pressed to find two more thoughtful, kind, intentional people than Darcie and Jacob. They are slow to speak. They love with openness and honesty and trust. They surround themselves with truly wonderful people. They pursue each other and complement each other perfectly – they value each others’ strengths, and seek to prune each others’ weaknesses. I don’t think we’ve ever worked with a couple who has been more dedicated to the concept of marriage on their wedding day than Darcie and Jacob. It was a true honor to work with these two.
And now, their wedding day. A chilly fall day with yellow and orange leaves EVERYWHERE. Cozy blankets left out for guests to snuggle in during the ceremony. Artisan pizza from a food truck at their reception. Prayers and tears and so much JOY – it was like you could feel it in the air.
